Majestic Plumbing has grown into a multi generational, proudly 100% Western
Australian owned, known for its deep community roots, trusted reputation, and industry leadership
Paul Manifis the Owner of Majestic Plumbing Pty Ltd has over 45 years of experience specialising in Plumbing, Gas, Water, Fire, Sewerage, Roofing, Stormwater, Civil & Mechanical Services Solutions.
In the 1980s, when second-generation Plumber Paul Manifis transformed his lifelong passion for the trade into a business built on quality, integrity, and service. Raised on the tools from the age of 9 by his father, Michael Manifis, Paul took the lessons learned working with his father and set out to build a legacy worthy of the Manifis name.
Now under the Manifis Group, Majestic Plumbing has grown into a multi-generational, proudly 100% Western Australian owned, known for its deep community roots, trusted reputation, and industry leadership.
From the tools to the boardroom, we continue to evolve — staying true to the values we were built on: quality workmanship, trusted relationships, and a genuine love for the trade.
Michael “Mick” Manifis begins his career in plumbing in 1954, formally commencing his apprenticeship at AB Corbett Plumbers in March 1955. This early chapter includes learning from some of the greats of the trade, captured in a historic photograph with fellow Master Plumbers of the era.

Majestic Plumbing proudly celebrates a milestone with the training of our 10th Apprentice.

Growing up in the family business, Zoe was hands-on from the start — quizzed on plumbing parts, reassembling toilet suites, and helping out on-site during school holidays, just as Paul had once done with his own father. One standout memory: delivering fittings on a quad bike to a shopping centre project.
Today, Zoe and Paul work side by side, combining decades of experience with a new generation of leadership to carry the Majestic Plumbing legacy forward.
